I arranged this trip as a surprise gift for my hubby and it aligned with St. Nicolas festivities weekend in December. We both love, love, love Spanish tapas and to be able to walk jacket-free in full sunshine was an opportunity-not-to-miss.
We already visited Sevilla once few years back, but it was a quick, one day and a half walk in burning September sun. This time sightseeing was a pure pleasure.
Every time I’m in Spain I can’t take my eyes off of the strolling families, all chic and elegant. Ladies often wear high-heels, men always a suit jacket, even kids are all fashionable and wear their Sunday-best clothes; boys shirts, shorts and high-knee socks, girls their best dresses. They wander on weekends in the city, stopping for a drink and tapa. Children are everywhere that includes restaurants and bars, staying up late at night, accompanying their parents in friends meet ups. This is why I love Spain, their outgoing lifestyle and elegant chic. From there, it’s a pleasure to take pictures.
