I’m a rather wedding type of gal and I rarely shoot family portraits. Moreover, I photograph mainly in Brussels or Brugge, but this time, I had a pleasure to work on the amazing, polish coast. This beautiful family is very special to me. The Little One is my goddaughter and I don’t see her very often because of the distance between each other and a necessary plane ride to meet!
I try to photograph them almost every year. We go back when the Older one was just 2 weeks old and it was over 7 years ago! This time, I wanted to make it for the sunset but the clouds gathered and we had only few minutes to catch the golden light. I had to work fast to be able to capture the last rays of gorgeous light and to fight against the tiredness of the whole family (they had a long day!). Even though it was June, the Little One got cold so I had to hurry a bit more. Still, I am very happy about the final result. I love you guys and I am so happy we were able to do it again!
